Its Summer Again

Sweaty mornings greet with warm water's flow,
Relief in cold sought 'neath the sun's fierce glow.
Slothy afternoons bloom with budding flowers fair,
Blowing wind whispers, through clouds white as air.

Long days stretch on into sleepless nights' embrace,
Shade offers respite 'midst the burning trees' grace.
Light cloths replace heavy blankets in the heat's sway,
Morning birds' melodies, night's insects' display

It's summer again, the one
I have a love-hate relation with.
